The human body is incredible. It’s the ultimate manifestation machine. Millions of new cells grow in each moment in direct response to the environment you create. Here are some Universal truths when it comes to our bodies…

You are what you eat.
You are what you think.
You are what you feel.

Some people tend to have a love/hate relationship with their bodies. They wish something would be different, or they spend countless years trapped in a vicious cycle of self-rejection.

But what if you made a decision in this moment to take care of your body? What if it was a simple decision? What if you could re-wire your brain to LOVE your body?

Nearly a month ago my husband and I went completely plant-based and vegan again. I know my body, and it operates well when I eat like this. I watched a Netflix documentary called “What The Health” that totally changed the way I wanted to eat. I’m not the type of person that wants to push my perspectives on you and say “Go Vegan!” – however, if you’re curious then please check out the documentary and make a decision for yourself.

My next step was to get back into the gym. This was scary for me because I have had a weird relationship with exercise for my entire life. After 10 pregnancies and two births (one year after the other) I didn’t realize that my muscles were in such bad shape. So I hired a personal trainer and as I’m writing these words my body is so sore, but it feels loved and pointed in the right direction. I set some very powerful intentions to be in the best shape of my life since I’m now in my late 30s. I would love to go into my forties knowing that I’ve finally made the commitment to show up for myself with some unconditional love.

The most important thing to understand when it comes to wanting to manifest a body you love is to LOVE YOUR BODY NOW. Self-rejection creates a blockage in your flow of energy. Now – meaning, right now is a great time to LOVE YOURSELF. However, if you set the intention to transform then it’s going to require that you are open to being challenged.

My daughter’s Tae Kwon Do instructor said something today that I deeply resonated with:

“If it doesn’t challenge you, then you can’t change.”

I loved this because it’s so true.

Whether it’s starting to eat a plant based diet or weight training in the gym or learning to meditate, if it’s not challenging you in some way then you won’t grow. The key is to be aware that the challenge is good for your soul.

Here are 5 ways to get started in the process of loving your body and manifesting vibrant health…

People that sit around all day get sick. The blood needs to pump around your body, especially to that beautiful heart of yours. It’s that old saying: “If you don’t use it, you lose it.” Appreciate your ability to move.

See your body as a temple or a channel for life to flow through you. You want to make sure that you eat LIVE foods to feel alive. The more vibrant your meals are, the more vibrant you will be.

Drinking plenty of water is good for your cells and keeps your brain happy and clear.

Getting adequate rest is so important. This is when you connect to your nightly guru (your dreams) and your intuition strengthens. Plus it helps restore your body.

Feeling stressed? Relax and surrender with a meditation. Meditation is energetically vibrational in nature and can completely rewire the structure of your body.

These are all incredibly important elements that could be entire courses on their own. Perhaps I’ll create them for my Manifesting Academy? The most important thing to remember is to find what works for you and tune into what your body needs. And remember to watch “What The Health” and let me know what you think. It’s a powerful documentary that will help you to want to take care of yourself a little better.
