So what do rituals look like?

Well, they are tasks that you are committed to on a daily basis that you know you will enjoy, will spark a connection with The Universe and get you excited about what is in the process of manifesting into your life.

Even if you said affirmations when you are brushing your teeth, weaving in mindfulness to your daily experience and will amplify the levels of happiness you experience in your every day life.

Heck, you can say affirmations in the car. You can set intentions when you're in the supermarket. You could meditate and get into a surrendered state while you’re folding the laundry or washing the dishes. Try not to limit yourself to what you believe “must” be done on a daily basis and start asking yourself what you can do to bring more mindfulness into your reality in simple, effortless ways.

A wise meditation teacher I used to know said that you can chant when you are eating. It's effective for blessing your food, your metabolism and brining more mindfulness into your present moment experience. You can say affirmations (in your mind whist chewing) or chant your name for God or The Universe over and over again. This not only reinforces your connection to all that is, but it creates more and invites more.

Rituals can also be walking in a park or in nature. It could be your devotion to your lover. It could be acts of service, or random acts of kindness for a total stranger. The creative possibilities are endless!

The beauty of life is activated when you turn daily tasks into rituals that can empower your energy (or your vibration). This is how you can set yourself up for success in 2019 and beyond.
