Manifestation is the practice of bringing your desires into reality through positive thinking and visualization. However, sometimes it may feel like manifestation is not working for you. If this is the case, there are several things you can do to get back on track. And of course, in this episode I share many personal examples and stories.

  1. Check your beliefs: One of the most important factors in manifestation is your beliefs. If you don’t truly believe that you can manifest your desires, it will be difficult to make it happen. Take some time to evaluate your beliefs and make sure they align with your goals.
  2. Get clear on your desires: Another important step in manifestation is being clear on what you want. Take some time to really think about what it is that you desire, and make sure it is something that you truly want. Write it down and make it as specific as possible.
  3. Take action: Manifestation is not just about thinking and visualizing, it’s also about taking action towards your goals. Make a plan and take small steps towards your goals every day.
  4. Release resistance: Sometimes we hold onto negative thoughts or emotions that can block manifestation. Try to release any resistance or negative thoughts that may be holding you back.
  5. Practice gratitude: Practicing gratitude can help shift your mindset and bring more positive energy into your life. Take time to appreciate the things you have and be thankful for the good things that happen to you.
  6. Trust the process: Manifestation is a process and it may not happen overnight. Trust that the universe is working in your favor and that your desires will manifest in the perfect timing.
