Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before purchasing any of Divine Wisdom LLC (“SarahProut.com”) products (“Product”) or subscription (“Subscription”).

By accessing our Products or Subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These policies and procedures apply to all SarahProut.com products sold on this site or any other site owned by SarahProut.com that includes a link to this page.

Divine Wisdom LLC corporate office is open Monday – Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST.

3.1 All payments for Products and Subscriptions at SarahProut.com are by credit card or PayPal. Personal checks are not accepted.

3.2 Billing address must be the same as the shipping address. Due to credit card procedures, we cannot ship to a different address than we bill to.

3.3 Billing Statement: All purchases will list SarahProut.com as the billing descriptor on your bank statement.

3.4 Annual Divine Wisdom LLC Subscriptions automatically renew each year at the stated retail price until the Subscription buyer cancels their membership through the member’s center Accounts page.

3.5 Monthly Divine Wisdom LLC Subscriptions automatically renew each month at the stated retail price until the Subscription buyer cancels their membership through the member’s center Accounts page.

  1. Refund Policy

4.1 If you are not happy for any reason with the quality of our Product or Subscription, you may request a refund based on our 100% money-back guarantee:

(i) For the Abundance by Design online course, you have up to 10 days after purchase to request a refund.
(ii) For 21-day challenges, non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the Product sales page.
(iii) For all other products, refunds are available within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise stated on the Product sales page.
(iv) For annual Subscription purchases, refunds are available within 30 days of your purchase.
(v) There will be no refunds for The Manifesting Academy $1 trial membership and monthly subscriptions; only cancellation, which will be applied in the next/upcoming billing cycle. You can cancel anytime.
(vi) For the QUINTESSENCE program, you have up to 30 days after purchase to request a refund.

4.2 The 100% money-back guarantee covers the price of the product only. It does not cover shipping and handling fees because the customer made the decision to try the product and accepted the shipping fee.

4.3 Once a return is received or a valid refund request is submitted, the refund process will take no more than 30 days. All refunds will be either returned to the original credit card OR mailed in check form to the billing name and address. International orders will be refunded back to the original credit card, and PayPal orders will be credited back to the PayPal account.

4.4 Excessive returns will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given to any one customer for one specific product more than twice. There is an unlimited amount of orders that a customer can place for one specific product, but the money-back guarantee is void after a customer has used it for one specific product more than twice.

4.5 Once a return is received or a valid refund request is submitted, access to content and community will immediately be revoked.

  1. Product Returns

5.1 Customers must contact our support department for an RMA (Return Authorization Number) before sending packages back. This number must be displayed on the outside of all return packages. Returned packages without RMA numbers will not be accepted. Please contact support@sarahprout.com for our return address.

5.2 You have THIRTY (30) Days from the date of the original purchase to return the product to receive your refund. Any return received after the THIRTY (30) DAY time limit will not be processed.

5.3 To ensure that your product is not lost or damaged, Divine Wisdom LLC strongly recommends sending the product via certified mail with a tracking number. If Divine Wisdom LLC does not receive the product back and the customer does not have proof that the product was returned, Divine Wisdom LLC cannot issue a refund. Valid proof of returning a product includes delivery confirmation or signature required via USPS OR AUSTRALIA POST (for Australian Orders). If the customer has delivery confirmation or signature required, then a full refund will be issued. Due to loss or missing or slow mail, we will honor any package that is postmarked for up to one year after the purchase of the product.

7.1 Login access to your “One Time Purchase” online Products and Subscriptions is sent to you via email immediately after purchase.

Nothing on this page, any of SarahProut.com websites, or any of Divine Wisdom LLC’s content or curriculum is a promise or guarantee of results or future earnings, and Divine Wisdom LLC does not offer any legal, medical, tax, or other professional advice. Any financial numbers referenced here, or on any of SarahProut.com sites, are illustrative of concepts only and should not be considered average earnings, exact earnings, or promises for actual or future performance. 9.1 You agree that Divine Wisdom LLC, including but not limited to Divine Wisdom LLC Products and Subscriptions, services, graphics, user interface, audio clips, video clips, editorial content, and social media used to implement Divine Wisdom LLC, contains proprietary information and material that is owned by Divine Wisdom LLC and/or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright.

9.2 You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for use of the Divine Wisdom LLC services in compliance with these Terms. No portion of Divine Wisdom LLC services may be reproduced in any form or by any means without express written permission from Divine Wisdom LLC.

9.3 You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on Divine Wisdom LLC services in any manner, and you shall not exploit Divine Wisdom LLC brand in any unauthorized way whatsoever, including, but not limited to, trespass or burdening network capacity.

9.4 Notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms, Divine Wisdom LLC and its licensors reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to any Divine Wisdom LLC Products, Subscriptions, content, or other materials comprising a part of Divine Wisdom LLC at any time without notice. In no event will Divine Wisdom LLC be liable for making these changes. Divine Wisdom LLC may also impose limits on the use of or access to certain features or portions of Divine Wisdom LLC services, in any case and without notice or liability.

9.5 All copyrights in and to Divine Wisdom LLC (including the compilation of content, postings, links to other Internet resources, and descriptions of those resources) and related software are owned by Divine Wisdom LLC and/or its licensors, who reserve all their rights in law and equity. The use of the software or any part of Divine Wisdom LLC, except for the use of Divine Wisdom LLC as permitted in these Terms, is strictly prohibited and infringes on the intellectual property rights of others and may subject you to civil and criminal penalties, including possible monetary damages, for copyright infringement.

9.6 Divine Wisdom LLC, the Divine Wisdom LLC logo, other Divine Wisdom LLC trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos or brands such as SarahProut.com, Dear Universe, or The Manifesting Academy, used in connection with Divine Wisdom LLC are trademarks or registered trademarks of Divine Wisdom LLC in the U.S. and/or other countries. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with Divine Wisdom LLC Services may be the trademarks of their respective owners. You are granted no right or license with respect to any of the aforesaid trademarks, and any use of such trademarks is prohibited.

10.1 You agree not to disparage or disseminate any negative information related in any way to Divine Wisdom LLC, the Product and Subscription, successors, or any of its respective past or present partners, shareholders, employees, trustees, or officers, in any way, through any means of communication, publicity, or information-dissemination, including but not limited to internet-related means of information-dissemination, whether by way of news interviews or the expression of personal views, opinions, or judgments made to any individual or entity, including but not limited to the news media or any individual or entity involved in any type of journalism, social or mass media, or any individual or entity with whom you are aware that Divine Wisdom LLC has, or may have, a business relationship, or a relationship of any nature.
