Seeking safety and control in the various areas of our life can be extremely cumbersome. It can show up as imbalance in relationships, weird obsessive behaviour and depression. Letting go of the need to be in charge all the time and comfortable can be the quickest path to liberation.

Saying YES when you are presented with opportunities and new adventures to embark upon is the fastest way to train you out of your illusion of control.
