How to Deal With Major Life Transitions With Ease and Grace
Life is seasonal. It’s an ever-changing, ever-evolving playground of spiritual lessons that sometimes energetically beats the crap out of you and then leaves you wondering what the hell happened.
So how do you transition from one phase in your life to another without it all having to be drama-loaded and explosive? How do you avoid the energetic drain of fear, doubt and anxiety as you climb your way out from the ashes?
One thing is for sure, the seasons of our lives are given to us as a way for our consciousness to expand, so it really is a blessing in disguise (even if we can’t see it at the time). In particular, is the theme of transitional phases that tend to cycle through various points in our lives and can arrive in the form of chosen change, empowered change or forced change. These transitions happen to everyone – no one is immune to riding out the wave of uncertainty of how the next chapter of one’s life will unfold. Most of the time these transitional phases are completely beyond our control.
Break-ups, divorce, death, loss, issues, miscarriage, illness, hardship and a multitude of other Divinely planned trials and tribulations are all instances that call our souls to move into a new level of awareness.
The key thing to remember that is you will get through this time. Whatever you are currently experiencing is going to ultimately make you stronger. A phrase that is written on the wall of my daughter’s TaeKwonDo studio is this:
If it doesn’t challenge you, then it doesn’t change you.
And remember that whatever you want is always on the other side of the fear of the challenge.
