When you meditate you connect with the power of the Universe and you start to tune into the super-awesome flow of The Law of Attraction. Manifesting is ALL about releasing resistance. Meditation is the best, fastest and most effective way to do this.
The good news? It doesn’t have mean you have to become a devoted monk, shave your head and live on top of a mountain seeing the true beauty in a single blade of grass.
