5 Ways to Feel Worthy Enough to Manifest Your Desires

I posed a question to my manifesting students the other day on Facebook…

“What is the biggest block you feel is stopping you from manifesting your desires and living the life of your dreams?”

Most people answered that they have a lack of belief that they’re worthy enough to manifest their desires.

So today I thought I’d create a video blog (which I have done very rarely) to explain 5 Ways to Feel Worthy Enough to Manifest Your Desires. 

This video was created very spontaneously so please forgive some of the obvious production flaws. This is a great opportunity for me to do some inner work around perfectionism.

  1. Thank you Sarah. I loved your video. I have to say that my daily meditation always includes your list of five words. However, it didn’t occur to me that this is me becoming Worthy. I now get it. Thanks again.. More videos please. You are an excellent speaker. Beautiful on the inside and outside.

  3. Hi there Sarah, it was so nice to see you in person on that video, somehow it does connect us more when we can see each other. I loved your video and it made it more special knowing that you were a bit nervous – because you were more ‘human’ for it.   6. Thank you for the video Sarah……for me it was wonderful, it makes it so much easier for me to understand when it is explained and I totally understand now what I have been doing wrong, now I can feel so confident to move forward and feel worthy.

  7. Affirmations are really hard for me to believe.. Is there certain way to change this..? Fake it till you make it? But when I do this I just feel I am fooling myself.
